North Common community garden

Mill No. 5's the Hi-Hat Stage

Run time: 90 minutes

"This is theatre rather unlike anything you might have seen... unusual, unconventional and eye-opening... Everyman is no barrel of laughs, being a morality play about death. EVERYBODY tells the same tale, with an equal emotional heft; but it is not only provocative and involving, it is also funny. Wildly funny, in fact." —The Huffington Post

"[EVERYBODY] fills the heart in a new and unexpected way." —The New Yorker

This modern riff on the 15th-century morality play Everyman follows Everybody (chosen from amongst the cast by lottery at each performance) as they travel down a road toward life's greatest mystery. This production marks Studio 506's second collaboration with Mill City Grows, and this production will tour three of the MCG's community gardens around Lowell over four days in two weekends.

This production is a part of our PLAY READING SERIES, sponsored in part by a grant from the Lowell Cultural Council.
