Studio 506 presents
August 22-23, 2014
Is it easier to remember or to forget? Sarah Ruhl has adapted the original Greek myth about the musician Orpheus and turned the perspective to be on his doomed lover. A powerful story about love, choice, loss, and family, EURYDICE is a play that will grab onto your heart + soul until you choose to let it go.
Our first production in 2014, Eurydice had one preview and one performance on August 22-23, 2014 in the backyard of one of our cast members. There were no ticket sales generated, only donations accepted along with a campaign fundraiser which surpassed its original goal. It was done to give back to the community and for a couple of friends to rejoin again to create theater together.
